Checkbox Table with summary Using JQuery

I was working on a requirment and its collecting information on an HTML Table (for me i used Div Tags) and show up the summary in a separate TextBox.

Here's the screenshot :

so first, i disposed my div element do they look like a table and after filled up with sample text.

I attached the checkBox Event click with a function that search for the correspanding Integer Column (Column 3) and get its value, so the next time i checked another control it will take the correspanding Integer Column 2 and showing the summary in my "Summary control 3".

Maybe i cant describe it exactly but i joined the mini project to the post so that you can see the example with your self.

I'm here for any explanation, have fun :')

Pour la plus d'entre vous, surtout ceux qui ont un contact pour la premiere fois avec la technologie SharePoint, rencontrant un problème d'attachements des fichiers à une liste personnalisé.
